Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products, including plugins, downloadable files, guides, templates, and software-related items, are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

If a digital product is defective, inaccessible, or not working as described, contact us at hello@thetechvoyager.com. We will make a reasonable effort to help resolve the issue.

Plugin and Software Purchases

For plugin or software purchases, refunds may be considered within 30 days if:

  • The product does not function as described
  • You contacted us for support first
  • The issue cannot reasonably be resolved

Refunds are not guaranteed for compatibility issues caused by unsupported hosting environments, conflicting third-party plugins, outdated WordPress installations, custom code, or user configuration errors.

Services and Support

Service-based work, including troubleshooting, consulting, setup help, or remote support, is generally non-refundable once the work has started or been completed.

If a scheduling issue occurs before work begins, contact us as soon as possible.

Physical Products

If physical products are ever sold through this site, returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in the same condition received, and returned with any original packaging or included materials.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
