Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. chili or shrimp sauce
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley,chopped
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ lb. fresh, uncooked, medium shrimp peeled and deveined

Directions

Combine all ingreds. except fish; mix well. Add shrimp, stir to coat, cover, and let stand 10 mins. Place shrimp on two metal skewers. Broil 4-6 incheds from heat for 3-4 mins., brushing with marinade during cooking.
