Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp. begetable oil
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce

Directions

Combine beef,rice,crumbs,salt, parsley,and 2 tbsp. water. Shape into meatballs(about 20). Heat oil in pan, brown meatballs over med. heat, turnin frequently. Combine soup,powder,sauce, & 2 cups water. Add to meatballs;cover and simmer gently for 1 hour or until rice is tender. Serve meatballs with gravy from pan.
