Ingredients
- 3/4-lb. boneless beef sirloin steak (about 3/4″ thick)
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- Hot cooked noodles
- Cherry tomatoes and fresh tarragon for garnish
Directions
1. Slice beef across the grain into thin strips.
2. In 10″ skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned. Add broccoli and onion. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often.
3. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over noodles. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and tarragon, if desired.

FOOLPROOF PORK AND BROCCOLI: Prepare Foolproof Beef and Broccoli as directed above, except substitute 3/4 lb. boneless pork, cut into strips, for the beef. In step 3, simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and pork is fork-tender.
