Ingredients and Directions

Preheat oven to 500°F. In bowl, stir 2 tablespoons coarse-grain mustard, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and ¼ teaspoon minced fresh garlic. In baking dish sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, place two 4-oz. salmon fillets; brush with mustard mixture. Bake five minutes until fish flakes with fork, brushing often with sauce.
