Original Recipe Card

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 cup oat bran
- 3/4 cup catsup, plus about 1/4 cup for topping
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tbsp. minced garlic,fresh
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, or to taste
- 1/2 tsp. pepper, or to taste
- 1 tsp. salt, or to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 deg. In a lg. bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Mix in 1-2 tbsp. water to moisten. Pat into an loaf pan. Top with catsup, if desired. Bake at 350 deg. for 1 hour.
